For Individuals - presented in Port Angeles Washington or performed through real time web interactions using webcams at your site and ours.
For Groups – presented at your work site – price depends on number of attendees.
A. Basic psychophysiological instrumentation - a hands-on experience 8 hours of CE credit / Course Fee $250 (discount for groups of two or more)
This “hands-on” course provides an opportunity for your to actually work with psychophysiological recording and biofeedback devices. It can be given either at our site in Washington State or at your facility. You will learn the basics of performing high quality recordings and understanding the signals you will show your patients. This experience may be in either individual or small group format and is intended to give clinicians actual experience in attaching sensors and working psychophysiological recording and biofeedback equipment. You will even have a chance to do a physiological profile so you can use physiological responses to stress as part of your patient assessment. This course is always modified to meet the interests of the participants.

Personal Biofeedback Experience - 10 hours of CE credit / Course Fee $500
This is a ten hour “individual training experience in biofeedback”. You will work one-on-one with an instructor to learn to control your body using biofeedback techniques. Parameters you will experience include muscle tension, temperature, respiration, galvanic skin response, heart rate / heart rate variability, and, if you wish, brain waves. The exact training procedures depend on your own needs. You will experience a stress profile and learn to recognize how it feels to be a biofeedback subject. This class meets the “personal experience” requirement for BCIA certification in general biofeedback.
